We have listen the word leader form our school days, as the school leader, the role is controlling the other students from noise, and every organization and team should have a leader to achieve a common goal, here I give brief description about leader.
Definition of Leader:
A leader is one who rules and guides and inspires others. Or
A leader is "a one who inspires a group of people towards the achievement of a common goal".
A best leader should be continuous learning and improving the skills. First of all know the mistakes what we were done, doing mistake is not a big deal but we should not do again and again he same mistake. We have to learn something (from particular mistake) from our mistakes. Good Leadership needs vision and modesty to learn. A Leader, who felt he knows everything, is determined to get into problems.
